WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS, initial payment must be made in advance to confirm any service. The full amount must be covered before boarding the vessel.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and are not eligible for a  reschedule. Changes to reservations under deposit are subject to a USD 20 rescheduling fee.

Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit card, bank deposit, or wire transfer.

You won´t be able to partake in the service/activity if the full payment is not covered upfront.

Please request and present receipt or payment copy; deposit transfer etc. upon boarding.

Confirmation Mensaje from WhatsApp or iMessage is accepted.

In case of poor weather conditions which would cause the service not to be given; only then would refunds be considered; if the service can’t be rescheduled.
